We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
Refund Policy
Cancellation Process
Cancellation of orders is permitted on the same day of placement, provided the products have not yet been dispatched. Customers may cancel via their website account or the designated chat service. Orders not cancelled within 12 hours are non-cancellable thereafter. Prepaid orders cancelled within the specified timeframe will receive a full refund, processed within 5-7 business days. SARAF VENTURES reserves the right to decline transactions or delay refunds up to 3-6 months for users with a history of questionable charges, such as multiple cancellations of bulk orders.
Return Process
Customers may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Approval of the return request is contingent upon quality checks conducted by our team upon receipt of the returned shipment. Refunds will commence once the Product(s) have been retrieved from the customer’s location.
Refunds for purchases made via credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited back to the same account used for payment within 24-48 business hours after the Product(s) are picked up. It may take an additional 3-12 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account. For orders paid through cash on delivery, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after relevant details have been obtained by our team.
Refunds, Replacements, and Returns
You acknowledge that return requests may apply to either part or all of your order. Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
i. Products damaged in transit
ii. Products delivered in damaged packaging
iii. Incorrect product delivered
SARAF VENTURES is not obligated to accept returns for products that are not damaged, incorrect, or spoilt. Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.
Replacement requests are limited to the same product type if the delivered item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or arrived in damaged packaging. You understand that replacements for different products or product exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
SARAF VENTURES reserves the right to decline transactions or delay refund processes by 3-6 months for users with a history of questionable charges, such as repeated cancellation of bulk orders.
Process for submitting a return, replacement and refund request:
Email us on customercare@augusteskin.com and mention the reason for return, replacement or refund.
Add three images of the product received:
The front image of the product.
The back image of the product.
Image of the outer box packaging of the product.
International orders
You acknowledge that international orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable. International orders can only be cancelled before the product is prepared for dispatch. Refunds for international orders will be processed only under the following circumstances, upon your request:
Products damaged in transit
Products delivered in damaged packaging
Incorrect product delivered
Refund requests must be initiated by you in these cases for amounts paid on international orders.
Products not eligible for return
The following products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
i. Products damaged or degraded due to use or overuse
ii. Products missing items, with damaged original packaging (including price tags, labels), tampered packaging, free gifts, or other accessories
iii. Products with altered serial numbers

Pricing
The pricing information relating to the Product(s) shall be as disclosed to you at the time of your Order. All pricing information on the Website is in Indian Rupees. All prices are displayed inclusive of GST. Please note that the pricing of Product(s) is subject to fluctuations and adding Product(s) to your shopping cart is not a guarantee of Product(s) being available at the same price, in case the Order is not placed immediately after adding the Product(s) to the shopping cart. Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the Customer and the network operator without involving SARAF VENTURES.
